Provide appropriate academic and administrative staff support to the Associate Vice President for Corporate and Continuing Education and coordinate assigned activities with other College divisions and departments.• Serve as Program Manager and Logistics SME for the department, division and college.• Participate in the development, planning, implementation, and administration of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures related to delivery of corporate and continuing education programs.• Monitor, oversee, and coordinate the development of Corporate and Industry Training, and ensure that such courses and programs comply with College policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.• Develop and recommend new or modified programs, courses, policies, and procedures to meet the needs and interests of the industries and community, and address program compliance requirements.• Prepare the Corporate and Industry schedules for classes; coordinate content with other deans, directors, and local industries.• Prepare schedules for registration of classes and assist with registration for both on and off campus • Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned full and part-time faculty and staff; prepare recommendations for faculty recruitment; select part-time faculty; establish and monitor employee performance objectives; prepare and present employee performance reviews; provide or coordinate staff training.• Participate in the development and administration of the Corporate and Industry budget; forecast and recommend additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and recommend approval of expenditures.• Monitor and ensure accuracy of all instructor and staff contracts and time sheets.• Adhere to audit and retention standards as defined by North Carolina Community College System State Board Codes.• Represent the College at community and outside organization functions including career fairs & conferences.
