Provide customers with the appropriate information concerning prices, deliveries and technical specications • Oer expert advice to clients in their choices of technologies and components • Assess customers’ needs and develop proposals accordingly • Perform technical research, in order to offer the best solution to the customer. Ensure that products meet the requirements of plans & specifications • Create quotations in the CRM system, in collaboration with external Sales Representative and Product/Sales Managers • Ensure pricing is in line with company’s policies and objectives while keeping in mind the competition. Provide technical support to clients • Develop good relationships with customers to maintain and grow sales • Act as liaison between customers and our different internal departments in order to efficiently solve customers’ problems.
