During his career, he has been involved award winning projects ranging in value from $5 million to $1 billion with the majority of the work focused on design build and integrated delivery. Over the past 15 years he has also been involved in the collaborative delivery of major complex aviation projects for both airports and airlines. Lou has written articles for DBIA publications, his insights are included in design build focused books and podcasts. He has presented at industry related conferences, and has been a member of numerous expert panels. Through his experience, Lou has gained an appreciation for the value the early collaboration between client, stakeholder, designer, contractor, subcontractor, supplier and community supporting the overall success of a project.
