The Director, IT Business Analysis & ETL Application Services is responsible for managing a team that is comprised of IT Business Analysis and ETL Architecture, Development, Testing, and Production Support resources. The Director provides cross functional leadership and works with business and IT leads to ensure that the appropriate development standards, processes and methodologies are being utilized. The Director, IT Business Analysis & ETL Application Services will be accountable for management of the IT Business Analysis team and the delivery of testable business and functional requirements in support of all assigned projects. The Director, IT Business Analysis & ETL Application Services is accountable for the management of the IT ETL Development team and responsible for the overall quality and delivery of project, vendor, and operational extracts in support of all assigned projects. In addition, the Director will be responsible for managing the budget for and supporting the IH managed services partner relationship and establishing process, procedures, metrics and services that will enhance the overall customer and partner experience. The Director, IT Business Analysis & ETL Application Services will work with the IT Performance Manager and the rest of IT Leadership to facilitate the appropriate alignment of resources to all operational, project and production support initiatives varying in size, scope and complexity.
