   Proactive in client acquisition: obtain listings of multiple brands and styles of used vessels for sale and effectively represent the vessels to buyers. Responsibilities include: administering daily and ongoing company operations, writing and maintaining Listing Contracts and/or Sales Contracts, in compliance with CA Harbor & Navigation Codes. I develop and maintain both live and internet marketing campaigns (including photography,creating video ads, creating ad copy,designing brochures and social media campaigns), producing technical pre-sale vessel inspections, create Marketing presentations including videos for YouTube, Selling presentations including brochures for each vessel, negotiate purchase contracts, tracking & distribution of funds, sea trial of vessel, produce closing documentation, vessel delivery and client training, after sale follow thru including systems training. I maintain a long term client data base and records management. Includes set ups for in the water boat show displays along with multimedia production. Licensed to sell vessels up to 100 Ton.My company has now using Infrared Imaging to expand the services we offer. A spin off company, OCThermal offers Infrared Hull inspections, along with mechanical and electrical systems inspections. We \"Picture Energy\" and can see potential problems before they cause major damage.
