Professional Life (Front Stage) We assist pastors in truly developing as church leaders, including leadership philosophy, primary roles and responsibilities, and navigating deeper challenges and concerns facing the local church. We address practical needs and opportunities as they arise such as staff development, discipleship pathways, community outreach, and more. In making progress on these challenges, we’ll help you become more effective in vital leadership competencies such as Diagnosing Situations, Intervening Skillfully, Managing Yourself, Energizing Others, Identifying Opportunities, and Change Management. Consulting for us, perhaps more than anything else, is about having perspective. Our unique perspective comes from serving hundreds of churches and thousands of pastors over 20+ years.
