I\'m grateful for a long 30+ year career with companies I am proud to have been connected to. From Eddie Bauer to PetSmart to Thirty-One Gifts to Transcend Executive Group and lastly with DHL Supply Chain. Most importantly, these experiences have given my family wonderful shared experiences in life that now form the foundation of a super-strong family unit.\"Blessed\" is the best way to describe my life thus far. Not always easy, but blessed covers it. As I head into the final chapter of my work-career, I\'m thrilled to share that I am transitioning out of corporate executive leadership with DHL and starting my own leadership coaching business; Corewise Coaching Services. I\'m most jazzed because I\'ll be 100% focused on the favorite part of my leadership journey - the development of leaders & people. For me, there is no greater calling than pouring my time and energy into who is next. Who is next to lead, next to step up and be more courageous, next to invest in themselves through one-on-one coaching, next to invest in those closest to them! My new journey begins in January 2026.
