We believe in the power of philanthropy to advance great ambitions – and in partnering with our clients as a force to make that happen. We have been putting that belief into action – for the benefit of educational, cultural, charitable and other organisations all over the world – since 1989.Today, More Partnership is a close-knit team of more than 20 partners, bound by a strong sense of purpose and shared values. We are a virtual firm, networked across Europe, America, Africa and beyond, with a head office in Scotland. In constant interaction with our clients and colleagues, we see all our working relationships as opportunities for growth. Our founder, Iain More, was one of Europe’s first fundraising consultants. Today we have become much, much more (pun intended). We now research, benchmark, teach and do, as well as advise and strategise. At the end of a project, our clients say we bring them confidence, momentum and a clear way forward. We are a democratic and participative company. Each member of our team has an equal say in the decisions we make, a share in our success, and a responsibility to push us forward. This matters to us deeply.

Together, we explore practical ways to define your organisation’s purpose, communicate your \'why\', engage loyal audiences and cultivate key relationships across the fundraising mix. From one-to-one consultancy to whole team away days, I bring inspiring, hands-on tools and approaches that help strengthen your practices, diversify your income streams and deliver on your vision and impact.I’ve been privileged to work with clients across the arts, education, health and community sectors, including- The National Theatre, Birmingham Hippodrome, Theatre Royal Bath and MAC Birmingham- University of the West of England, Tilburg University, Hartpury University & College & Collegiate School - Penny Brohn, HFT, Caring in Bristol, Unseen and Rising Arts Agency Helping embed organisation-wide fundraising cultures, aligned with their values and vision.
