I am a health economics and market access professional with a passion to improve health and bring innovation to healthcare systems all over the world. I am a pharmacist and I hold both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. While currently employed at AstraZeneca in Cambridge UK, I am also working remotely as a PhD candidate in Health Economics at the University Medical Center Groningen. From my more than ten years working in the health care industry, I have gained valuable experience and strength in solving complex challenges in a variety of business areas, pharmacoeconomic modelling, medical & market access strategies, and managing teams. I have enjoyed working for and with world leading companies, such as Merck, Boehringer Ingelheim, Daiichi Sankyo and Sanofi Pasteur MSD.
