Influence People is a strategic partner for development of all aspects of the people dimension. I work with driving change and developing organizations, teams and people to perform at their best. My role is most often as the project lead/team lead, management team coach, change-lead or trainer in leadership development.A selection of projects- Changing organizational culture: Achieving long-term goals by bringing out the best in people and the organization. A wide range of activities is often performed: from GMT and leadership training, to updating central processes like recruiting, performance management, communication and company values- Increasing team performance through Collective Intelligence: Working in a long-term process to help GMT (and/or other teams) to increase their performance. This often includes setting a strategic roadmap, developing a learning and reflective culture, developing warm relations in the team, etc- Future-proofing HR-functions: Help HR-organizations define their strategy and shift the function from being a support function to being at the center of the organizations’ value creation- Supporting a turnaround: Turning red numbers into black through a program focused on unleashing people potential. Often includes the same wide range of activities as cultural change projects- Leadership training: I often lead trainings in leadership and coaching for leaders on all levels. I also perform Inspirational lectures and coaching of individual managers, etc.(I am a certified UL-leader and ICF-coach.)
