I am an enthusiastic M.Sc. Bioinformatics graduate from SASTRA Deemed to be University with hands-on experience in NGS data analysis, omics workflows, and computational structural biology, complemented by strong experimental laboratory exposure.Through my academic training and laboratory projects, I gained practical experience in NGS and omics data analysis, including quality control, sequence analysis, functional annotation, and biological interpretation of high-throughput datasets. My work strengthened my ability to translate raw sequencing data into meaningful biological insights, bridging experimental results with computational analysis.In parallel, I have worked on protein structure modelling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, applying in-silico approaches to study protein–ligand interactions and structure–function relationships. These experiences enhanced my understanding of drug–target interactions and computational biology in R&D contexts.I also possess solid wet-lab exposure in molecular biology techniques such as protein purification, SDS-PAGE, and biophysical assays, enabling me to effectively connect experimental data with bioinformatics and NGS-based analysis.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, I am motivated to contribute to biopharma R&D environments, particularly in NGS analysis, bioinformatics, and translational research roles where computational and experimental insights come together.
