About Loryn Riggiola

For nearly 30 years I have developed a specialty in representing clients from counseling through litigation and/or arbitration in disputes arising from construction projects and commercial matters. I have represented clients in both public and private sector projects, contract disputes, bidding disputes, defect and delay claims, and commercial disputes. I have serviced clients in the United States and abroad on a variety of matters, including the construction and operation of energy projects. I also represent corporations and financial institutions in litigation involving complex commercial issues, including employment disputes, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation. I have handled litigation involving trademark, trade dress and palming off claims under the Lanham Act, together with insurance coverage issues. I have participated in numerous bench and jury trials in both New York and New Jersey, and have served as both lead and supporting counsel in state and federal trials. I have also appeared before the appellate courts in both New York and New Jersey on behalf of clients, and have conducted mediation, arbitration and international arbitration proceedings.
