The Summit Cove Recreation Association (SCRA) is a non-profit entity that was formed in 1984. The Association owns approximately 8.8 acres of vacant land located at the corner of Cove Blvd and Summit Drive, in the Summit Cove neighborhood. In accordance with the by-laws, the Association is governed by a board of directors composed of five persons. The directors are volunteers who are elected from the ownership of Lake Haus and Lakeside condos.
