Manage a high performing team of 3 recruiters • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts • Develop recruitment strategy to include job positing, recruiting marketing development job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization. • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs. • Supervise Account Management Team. Works closely with team to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate initiatives. • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. • Assist Human Resources in employee retention and development. • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
