This includes co-leading the development of handbooks to train hiring managers and to train Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure consistent processes and best practices are followed- Carry an average requisition load of 35-45 positions in the science and technology fields including filling two division director roles so far- Comply with laboratory policies, EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and Affirmative Action guidelines in the screening and hiring process- Apply sourcing skills to engage passive candidates and source for hard-to-fill and niche positions- Partner with scientific leadership, hiring managers and HR business partners to develop talent acquisition strategies and successfully fill requisitions- Serve on the Talent Acquisition task team responsible for process improvements, benchmarking, and new technologies- Attend recruiting conferences and career fairs as needed.
