2015 to date (contract & permanent)- Senior Business Analyst in the IT Delivery and Change function.• Process and Requirements Analysis on the Crew Optimisation function, identifying tactical and strategic solutions to improve rosters for crew and customers across our network. Focused on removing siloed end to end processes and creating simultaneous, collaborative multi-scenario solutions• Amalgamated cross-functional requirements for a single solution to present enhanced Weather Data visually to each Operational user group, at time relevant points and customised filters• Joined final phase of project for Flight Safety Data Analysis. Working with Operations and Data Scientists to bridge requirements needed between As-Is and To-Be• Delivered Analysis on trial project to improve aircraft sustainability, flight and fuel efficiencies in key European airport. Pilot now currently being rolled out at major traffic airports within the network• Managed the Analysis to deliver Cabin Bags final phase, which created a new standalone product with inventory control and dynamic pricing. The project went live two months earlier than originally planned so delivered significant business benefits sooner, with Lessons Learned to improve further commercial initiatives• Led Business Analysis function on the commercial Inflight Retail transformation, integrating a new product range and supplier, creating annotated wireframes and user journeys. Debunked integration assumptions and launched on schedule• Conducted analysis for multiple small change projects, optimising pay-per-click advertising revenue spend, extending online voucher redemption, resulting in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction• Worked across the full product lifecycle in Operations, Commercial, Digital, Legal, Holidays, Customer Service, Customer Claims, Finance Payments, Disruptions, & Self Service Management, Inflight Retail, Data Platforms Fraud, Ground Operations and Architecture
