I am a senior strategic leader and executive in the digital and library sector. I have extensive experience in leading teams through transformation, leading major projects in the digital and research environment and leading strategy development. With 18 years at senior management level I am a forward looking and energetic leader, with areas of expertise including scholarly communications, digital transformation projects and directing culture change. Skilled at building relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders across the UK and beyond. On 2023 I was Co-convenor of the RLUK Digital Scholarship Network and a member of the RLUK Digital Shift working group. Proud to be a role model on the Leadership Foundation’s Aurora programme for female leaders in HE. Strategic lead for innovation at the University of Manchester Library, including the Eureka Library Innovation Challenge. lead on development of the University\'s award winning Alan Gilbert Alan Gilbert Learning Commons, led the creation of a research data management service for the University and member of board on the successful Digital Collections Partnership with the University of Cambridge. Presented at LIBER conference in Budapest, Hungary in July 2023 on the University of Manchester’s Open Research Programme, with Scott Taylor. Was a panel member on digital libraries at the Digital Universities conference in Leeds in April 2023.
