ABOUT LORRAINE WONG

I’m the founder of Cue North, a digital advisory company and product studio that helps healthcare organizations build the systems and platforms that power their programs. My work focuses on designing operational workflows, databases, and digital tools that make it easier for teams to deliver complex programs — particularly in healthcare and primary care. Our team has partnered with organizations like Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of B.C. to build portals, automate processes, and create reporting systems that support decision-making and government reporting. Before starting Cue North, I worked in accounting at PwC and management consulting at Deloitte, and spent several years helping launch and grow new offices for Deloitte in Asia.Alongside my work in technology, I co-founded WAKE Collective, a community supporting BIPOC women founders.I’m particularly interested in how data systems, low-code platforms and AI can help organizations run more efficiently and scale their impact with people-Cue North typically works with healthcare associations and organizations to:• Build program portals and member interfaces• Create databases and dashboards for program management• Automate claims, funding, and reimbursement workflows• Support evaluation and reporting requirements for government-funded programs
