With over twelve years of experience in sales, fundraising and relationship management, I am passionate about connecting donors and alumni with the mission and vision of USA Wrestling, the national governing body for the sport of wrestling in the United States. I have a strong background in private donor fundraising, relationship building, and event planning, and I enjoy creating meaningful and lasting partnerships that support the growth and development of wrestling at all levels.As the Manager of Donor and Alumni Relations at USA Wrestling, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase donor engagement, retention, and loyalty, as well as cultivating and stewarding relationships with alumni and other key stakeholders. I also oversee the planning and execution of donor and alumni events, such as receptions, reunions, and recognition programs. Some of my achievements include securing multiple major gifts, expanding the donor base, and launching a successful online fundraising campaign. I leverage my skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion to effectively communicate the impact and value of USA Wrestling to potential and existing donors and alumni.
