I am building great engineering teams for Seccl and responsible for the recruitment, on-boarding and progression of engineers. I work closely with Product Managers across a number of cross functional squads ensuring quality and flow of delivery making Seccl’s Custody and Trading function the most efficient and disruptive in the industry. While being hands-off with code I have the experience to contribute and help guide technical discussions to ensure the squads are empowered to build the best products while focusing on quality, test automation, frequent deployments, supportability and agile practices.
