ABOUT LORRAINE MAY

With extensive experience in project and program management, I am passionate about delivering complex solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I currently work as a Project Manager at BT, where I manage the delivery of high-profile Telecoms solutions to large-scale customers in various sectors, such as healthcare, education, government and Emergency Services. I am Prince2 certified, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in applying the best practices and principles of project management. In my previous role as a Program Manager at Rapid7, I was responsible for overseeing the implementation of security and analytics software for global clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Previously I was employed as Project Manager within eir Evo UK, where I led the delivery of IT infrastructure and network projects for SMEs and enterprises. Throughout my career, I have developed strong competencies in customer and supplier relationship management, IT service management, ITIL, and agile methodologies. I am driven by the mission of delivering innovative and impactful complex solutions that enhance the performance and value of my clients.
