Formerly under parent company Gaiam, Gaia (fka Gaiam TV) is a member-supported streaming video service of over titles of original programming and acquired documentary content available in 185 countries and translated into 3 languages. • Lead the Digital Operations department; responsible for content operations and digital asset management of all media. Includes archive, distribution, localization (captions/subtitles/dubbing), and publishing operations for domestic and international markets. • Implemented cross-departmental workflows and databases (Creative Services/Design, Digi Ops, Production, Post, Marketing, Finance); established formulas and automations to provide visibility into all stages of operations, team metrics, throughput. • Successfully transitioned Digital Ops into an Agile team using Scrum and Kanban practices, resulting in higher productivity with a 90% completion rate and a 25% increase in overall throughput. • Efficiently manage SVOD distribution of 100+ titles monthly across 10 platforms (Amazon US/UK/MX, YouTube, Comcast, Roku, Cox, Charter, Verizon, Vimeo). • Direct 3rd party launches, onboarding, and testing with partners, including recent launches of over 6k titles on YouTube Prime TV and Amazon Mexico. • Maintain strategic planning and accuracy for department and project budgets ranging from $150K to $1MM.
