Lori Ocheltree practices in the area of federal and California employment law and civil litigation. She provides preventative advice on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship including new hires, employment agreements, job classifications, wage and hour rules, leaves of absence, ADA compliance, internal investigations, discipline, termination and severance.
