ABOUT LORRAINE JONES
Having started my career as a pharmacist in community and hospital settings, I joined the pharmaceutical industry to pursue roles in medical affairs with a focus on oncology and haematology. I later moved into R&D, working in clinical research operations and trial feasibility respectively. I spent some time working in medical communications as a scientific consultant, branching into business development activities. In November 2023 I returned to the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs focussing on women\'s cancers. My diverse roles have given me a breadth of experience of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research along with skills that can be applied across multiple settings.
