ABOUT LORRAINE GREEN

I am a certified coach and have worked with senior managers at organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Barclays Bank, John Lewis, British Airways, Legal & General, Vodafone, The Planning Inspectorate, AXA, Accenture, Kelloggs, Birdseye, Specsavers, Waterstones, Fiat, Prudential, Deutsche Bank, Experian and many small businesses too numerous to mention.As a CEO or MD you are focussed on delivering profit and making sure the business is achieving your operational and strategic objectives. You are making great progress and the hard work is paying off but you have reached a size where you need to rely on your team and not be the focus of all business decisions. Maybe you have decided to change direction, gear up for growth, employ new managers, empower your staff more or simply take a back seat. I work alongside CEOs, MDs, Directors, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs to overcome the most difficult people problems, which are often the \'soft\' skills of getting people and teams engaged and delivering the quality standards you require. In my work as an Executive Coach, Performance Consultant, Organisational Development and Assessment Specialist and Customer Services Expert. I am passionate about developing others, developing a balance of great relationship skills whilst not taking my eye off the commercial realities of business. I specialise in helping businesses in leading and navigating challenging and sensitive issues. Working closely with you, I coach your senior leadership team and key people to stretch them to make a real step change in their performance which directly leads to an overall change in business performance.
