Having spent 30 years as CEO of a national UK hearing charity, I also understand the particular pressures of leadership in this sector. I offer consulting support in charity governance and management, with a particular interest in aligning the charity\'s core strategy with its mission and exploring alternative ways to fulfill that mission in challenging time. As a Coach, I specialise in working with executives at transition points in their career. By using a range of tools and techniques to help you hear yourself clearly, I can guide you to understand your core drivers and motivations better so your next stage will be even more fulfilling than your last.
