I provide services to the chemicals, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and other process related industries covering the assessment of people based systems, development and implementation of projects and delivery of Human Factors related training and coaching.I have supported clients in developing their processes around safety critical task management as well as conducting individual task analyses; provided guidance to developing competence management systems, conducted assessments on different aspects of the HSE\'s Human Factors Delivery Guide for COMAH sites. I have also supported clients with interactions with their regulators.
