Participants are paired with a Credible Messenger who have experienced similar journeys. The program aims to assist returning citizens in preparing for their reintegration into the community by providing- Mentorship and ResourcesAssistance with housing, employment, healthcare, and educational opportunities- Case Management:Providing crisis intervention and support for families during the transitional period following their release from a state correctional facility.
