Leading the strategy, design, and delivery of our Graduate Program, supporting 700 graduates across 13 countries. Each year, we welcome approximately 350 new graduates into the program, which is built to accelerate their development, connect them to a global community, and set them up for long-term success at Arm. My role spans onboarding, rotations, development, stakeholder engagement, and program evolution—ensuring that our graduates thrive and our business continues to grow future talent globally.Manager of Early Careers Programmes - Learning & Development (Nov 2020 - May 2023)Designing and delivering learning programs that empowered our 500 Graduates, 300 Interns and 15 Apprentices to gain the skills, knowledge, experience, feedback and networks needed to excel in their role and their career at Arm. Enabling an environment where early careers colleagues felt supported and included as a valued member of their team, the relevant early careers community, and Arm.
