   In this role, I oversee Electric and Facilities Enterprise construction projects for Consumers Energy, overseeing a wide range of projects from large wind and solar farms to electrical distribution and facilities construction. I manage and develop a team of over 50 employees and contractors using effective project management methodologies to ensure project success. I also ensure all projects were completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. I collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that project goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
