Non-executive director and education entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience across further education, professional qualifications, awarding organisations and social impact initiatives.I am Chief Executive of Brightlink Learning, a specialist legal training organisation delivering CILEX qualifications, legal apprenticeships and SQE preparation. I also serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Ministry of Life Education and as a board member of Legal Wales.My work has involved designing, delivering, assessing and managing learning programmes in partnership with organisations including the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, the Department for Education, WJEC, Agored Cymru, Ministry of Justice and a range of FE and HE institutions.My experience spans governance, curriculum design, qualification development, assessment, digital learning and cross-sector collaboration. I am particularly interested in initiatives that expand access to education, strengthen professional training pathways and support communities through restorative approaches and lifelong learning.Brightlink Learning works with learners across the UK and internationally through flexible online delivery.
