AboutI lead global financial services teams through transformational change by bringing people together, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their potential.I bring a strategic mindset and a human-centred leadership approach that inspires collaboration and I’m an avid champion for people as well as driving value for the business. For this reason, I am passionate about helping to empower women and build high-performing teams, and I\'m proud to be a mentor for Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) and an active member in gender and diversity the past 20 years, I\'ve worked for global corporates in procurement and commercial roles leading teams through challenging transformations. I have identified opportunities for improvement, collaboration and added value in all categories and at all levels of the organisation, always with a focus on how colleagues can be at their best, grow and develop.I love working in high-energy, purpose-driven environments and I am at my best when I’m using my skills to create positive out as a law student, I soon found procurement and commercial roles much more appealing as I was able to combine my legal knowledge with my strategic and stakeholder management skills. Prior to spending most of my career working for global financial organisations, I have worked in Aerospace and Defence, Utilities and Consulting, and I have lived abroad in Singapore.Outside of work, you\'ll find me doing yoga, walking my rescue dog, and volunteering with WIBF, CIPS, my local cat sanctuary and as a trustee of a Children’s Christmas charity. I’m a bit of a corporate hippie and I\'m passionate about living sustainably.
