ABOUT LORNA LYTHGOE
I’m a pluralistic psychotherapist and therapeutic coach with specialised training in positive psychology. I also teach in higher education, and I design and facilitate psychoeducation workshops.I integrate a broad range of approaches from the psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT and somatic therapeutic orientations and blend these with positive psychology and coaching psychology.I also draw from my academic training in sociology and anthropology to help people consider their lives in their broader contexts embedded in social and political systems.
