Neyer, LLC- Provide consultation and guidance related to the insurance and risk management needs for all areas of our company including Development, Design/Build, Property and Asset Management as well as internal needs in HR, Cyber Security and internal policies related to risk- Review of contracts for risk transfer and insurance requirements to assure appropriate protections are in place including sub-contractor agreements, vendor agreements, lease agreements, etc- Manage relationships with agents and brokers and negotiate, handle the placement of all lines of insurance coverages and make recommendations related to limits, additional coverage needs, deductibles, retentions and review overall cost of risk- Manage all aspects of corporate obligations related to surety and letters of credit needs - Manages claims process, incidents, near misses and work closely with carriers, claims adjusters, attorneys and oversee entire process including managing reserves. — Guide in the development of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Programs with internal teams. — Provide guidance and coordinate audit completion and negotiate disputes, as necessary- Provide guidance within our company in understanding and developing strategies for emerging risks- Ensure all subcontractors provide appropriate Insurance documentation and certificates of insurance and work with COI Vendors related to compliance issues - Prepare annual insurance budget- Collaborate all company teams, carriers and brokers related to safety and loss control- Provide training for internal teams related to risk management, insurance, risk transfer methods, analysis of loss control recommendations, root cause analysis etc - Work closely with third party safety service providers in all markets to audit sites, implement safety standards and provide training where needed - Manage all liability and work Comp related audits - Provide leadership in business continuity and crisis management planning and work closely with C-Suite to identify and prioritize risk and develop strategies to appropriately manage- Continually seek professional development related to risk management and insurance
