Lori Reiner is a results-driven business leader and board director with deep expertise in growth strategy, M&A integration, and talent transformation. She has partnered with CEOs and leadership teams—particularly in PE-backed and founder-led companies—to align people, operations, and strategy, fostering cultures that drive scalable growth and long-term value.She currently serves on the Board of Governors of Main Line Health, one of the Philadelphia region’s largest nonprofit health systems, with five hospitals, six health centers, 150+ physician practices, and over employees. She sits on the Audit, Finance, and HR & Compensation Committees.Lori also serves on the Advisory Board of Centri Business Consulting, a fast-growing national accounting and advisory firm with over $50M in revenue, and is a member of AICPA Council, helping shape the national agenda for the accounting profession.Her broader governance experience includes serving as Board Chair, Audit Committee Chair, and Director for mission-driven organizations and independent schools.She is expanding her board portfolio with a focus on private companies, including PE-backed, family-owned, and ESOP-governed businesses. As a Qualified Financial Expert (QFE) and former Chief People Officer, Lori brings cross-functional insights in finance, audit, scaling, talent strategy, and M&A integration.At EisnerAmper—the 14th largest accounting firm in the U.S—Lori served on the firm’s Executive Committee, leading national initiatives that became scalable growth templates. As the firm’s first Chief People Officer, she built the infrastructure to support rapid expansion from 1,200 to nearly 4,600 employees, through M&A, post-close integration, and global talent scaling that drove measurable value creation. In this role, she regularly presented to the Executive Committee, Human Capital Committee, and the Board led by TowerBrook Capital Partners, the firm’s PE sponsor.Earlier, as Partner-in-Charge of the Philadelphia office, she led revenue growth from $25M to $40M, expanded market presence, and consolidated operations into a flagship location. She began her career as a CPA Audit Partner and became a trusted advisor to companies navigating complex decisions across sectors such as business services, technology, real estate, and healthcare.Lori is known for her pragmatic leadership and ability to guide organizations through inflection points—with a focus on helping businesses scale effectively and responsibly.
