Mastering ourselves, I believe is our hardest obstacle in life<< As a mental health professional, mother, wife, friend, daughter, sister, and human, I realize that life is more often for those around us than for ourselves. We can so EASILY get lost in our patterns and cycles, and more so experience life for those around us, versus for ourselves. My work with clients is around focusing on relationships: • The relationship with the self • Loved ones • All those we come in contact with In working on these relationships, I support clients in understanding themselves first, working from the inside out. MY TRUTH: I enjoy reading and getting lost in books, hiking and being alone in the wilderness, dancing and becoming entranced with the music, and vacationing anywhere and everywhere. There is really nothing I wouldn’t try, and I enjoy learning new things and being around people who are pure, true, caring, and loving. I love that life is not easy, I love getting older, I love crying when I’m sad, and I love laughing at a good joke. My favorite part of me is, knowing that I am NOT PERFECT, but wonderful in my own special way.

Helping people to feel safe to embrace thier story, no matter how impactful and knowing it fuels our futures. What will you do with your story? We know that ending child abuse and neglect neither begins nor ends with children. Everyone is a child at some point. How do you use your story? What is your impact?We are focused on change. We raise dollars and awareness, we connect and listen, and we give back and impact.OUR VISIONYou don’t have to be a survivor of abuse to join our community.
