Managed the Starbucks Connect Systems Engineering team. We were responsible for the operational stability of the point-of-sale (POS) application platform and the development [and maintenance] of production support tools. We also provided the final tier of production support for all application and infrastructure problems occurring within the POS enclaves of Connect licensed stores- Maintained point-of-sale networking standards for the Starbucks Connect program (i.e, licensed stores)- Performed monthly vulnerability assessments across +3,200 licensee stores [with over POS endpoints].
