I leverage my skills in full-cycle recruitment, process improvement, and data analysis to not only drive the recruiting process and identify top talent, but to fine-tune the talent acquisition roadmap from start-to-finish. My goal is to create forward momentum in everything I do, as it not only boosts productivity but also keeps me on my toes. Outside of work, I’m all about hiking, camping, paddling, and traveling with my son and husband. I have a huge English Lab, Murdoch, who is the best assistant one could ask for.
