What I Do at SinchAs Sales Development Manager for North America, I lead the SDR organization responsible for fueling pipeline across Sinch’s full product portfolio: SMS, Voice, Email, RCS, 10DLC, Elastic SIP, and Verification solutions. My role sits at the intersection of team leadership, GTM strategy, and pipeline growth, with responsibilities that include:Team Leadership & CoachingManage SDR managers and reps across enterprise, mid-market, ABM, and channel motions.Recruit, train, and develop SDR talent, focusing on building the next generation of sales leaders.Foster a performance-driven, inclusive culture that balances accountability with growth.Pipeline & GTM StrategyPartner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and execute account-based outbound plays across fintech, healthcare, retail, telecom, and insurance.Build repeatable outbound sequences, cadences, and qualification frameworks that drive high-quality meetings and pipeline.Ensure strong SDR-to-AE alignment through structured handoff processes, territory planning, and campaign execution.Process & Systems OptimizationOversee use of Salesforce, Outreach.io, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive data-driven decision making.Design dashboards and reports to track SDR performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.Continuously improve workflows, automation, and lead routing in partnership with RevOps.ImpactConsistently deliver double-digit pipeline growth year over year.Shortened SDR ramp time and improved retention by introducing structured onboarding and enablement programs.Increased funnel efficiency through improved qualification accuracy and optimized processes.
