I lead with creativity, care, and a passion for turning every service into something memorable. From the first hello to the last sip, every moment is shaped by personality, craft, and attention to detail. We believe that coffee is more than a drink, it is an experience, a connection, and a chance to create something that guests will remember and talk about long after the event has ended.What I do:Oversee company strategy, brand development, and customer experience.Manage event operations, vendor relationships, and day-to-day logistics.Develop partnerships with schools, corporations, retail companies, banking businesses, offices, healthcare, community organizations, churches, and individuals to bring our cart to private events, open houses, teacher appreciation days, and employee celebrations and more. Drive marketing efforts through social media, networking, and community outreach to grow our footprint in Houston.Foster a service-first culture, ensuring every Klein House event feels personal, memorable, and hassle-free for clients.Mission:We exist to elevate the coffee service experience by honoring the craft, respecting the moment, and showcasing the talent behind every drink. Our mission is rooted in integrity of process, presentation, and presence.
