   Member of a cross-functional e-commerce squad responsible for increasing usability and driving conversion, RPV & AOV.• Led the redesign of Saatva\'s cart experience to allow users to be able to re-configure (size, color, etc.) products within the cart, which increased conversion and led to an estimated $4 million addition in revenue that year.• Redesigned Saatva\'s checkout experience which resulted in increased RPV and conversion across all device types (including a 4% CV increase on mobile) and reduced the bounce rate on desktop by 73%!(Mobile 25%)• Redesigned Saatva\'s mattress category page with filter and sorting functionality that were heavily engaged with and led to a 16% lift in orders and an estimated $6 million in additional revenue this year.• Volunteer member of Saatva\'s agility team, focused on solving problems and improving processes within our product development organization.
