The IDI, is an on-line assessment tool, to help individuals or groups understand their ability to deal effectively with difference. Because of the impressive statistical reliability and validity of the instrument, the IDI is commonly referred to as the gold standard of assessments, and when used in conjunction with other tools it can be the foundation of a very effective intercultural training, or coaching program. Currently, I am one of two IDI Qualified Administrators (QA) in the state of Montana while world wide there are over 2500. The other Montana QA is MSU Office of International Programs Associate Provost, David Di Maria.
