I work with Design Project Managers for all sectors on identifying, developing and implementing project management tools, processes and programs. I am currently the Design Project Manager for the St Thomas Multipurpose Arena, which support the University\'s transition to DI sports. I am also managing a 3-building renovation for JPMC at their Highland Oaks project in Tampa FL. I am also active in our Diversity and Inclusion programs, as part of Ryan\'s Women\'s Inclusion Network and co-leader of the A+E Diversity Forum.In my prior position at Ryan, I led Design Project Management for Office and Residential projects including Cargill Campus Renovation, 10 West End Office Building, Eleven luxury high-rise Condominiums, Sons of Norway and Harper apartment buildings as well multiple Senior Living communities nationally. At Target I led the Design Project Management team for Target’s expansion into Canada, responsible for managing A/E Design, CDs, Permitting, and Con Admin for $4 billion programStrengths include- Collaboration- Leading people and developing talent- Consultant Management- Project Management- Process and program development- Communication
