About Lori Hauge

Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to do work that I am absolutely passionate about. This passion has created fertile ground for maximizing my experience and skill development. I have led and served on management teams to develop strategic planning initiatives. I have launched new business units, created and executed complex business plans and surpassed objectives. Throughout my career, I have launched organizational development, outsourcing, financial, human resource and operations initiatives that have reduced costs, streamlined processes, ensured compliance and achieved profit goals. I have been fortunate to manage teams and turn around under-performing units by selecting staff members, training teams and implementing controls. I have experience developing and managing multimillion dollar budgets, creating successful marketing strategies, capturing market share and enhancing profitability. I am a dedicated and effective advocate and community education is a particular strength of mine. For business development, contract negotiation, financial management and other leadership skills, I have demonstrated the ability to effectively lead multi-unit operations. My training and experience as a certified Person Centered Thinking Mentor trainer and certified yoga teacher serves as lens through which I view my work and approach my role as Chief Culture Officer for Bios Companies. I believe my innovative, results-oriented, person-centered leadership approach is a great asset. My experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging services has allowed me to lead my organization and my state toward person-centered organizations/systems.
