Lori F. Greene, PhD, RDN, LDN is a Senior Instructor and the Director of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at The University of Alabama with over 20 years of experience in higher education and the nutrition field. Lori completed a doctoral degree in Communication and Information Sciences with a research emphasis in health communication at The University of Alabama. She completed her dietetic internship and master’s degree in clinical nutrition at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
