ABOUT LORI GOBERT

As the Founder and Director of Rylan Business Consulting, I support entrepreneurs and business owners. I mentor and coach management staff and company owners while focusing on leadership, communication, project and company processes and procedures. From project coordinator to general manager, I have successfully mastered each of the operational functions necessary to manage a successful construction company. My ability to draft policy around human resources, project management and finance, among others, enables me to strategically guide business start-ups and aid in strategic growth in order to achieve a company’s vision. My extensive education and considerable experience resulted in a certification by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBABC) as a Certified Housing Professional and Master Residential Builder. As a CHBABC Instructor and Course Writer, I am qualified to assist companies in training their employees to become Licensed Builders and later, gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. My experience and expertise has been recognized by the University of Winnipeg, where I am a valued instructor of Project Management Fundamentals through their PACE Program. My objective was to gain the confidence and experience necessary to create Rylan Business Consulting in 2016 with a vision to help others succeed. I analyze businesses to discover efficiencies, identify and strengthen company culture, attract and retain qualified staff, and make each client more successful than they are today.
