Delivering KPMG’s global listening strategy, enabling a consistent and impactful people experience across a network of 280K+ people in 145 countries. I lead key workstreams and programmes within the global talent and listening portfolio - including Pulse, Lifecycle, EVP, Employer Brand and senior stakeholder reporting. I have a strong track record of driving insight-led action, engagement and continuous improvement in complex, matrixed environments- Help firms improve how they collect, analyse and act on people perception data to better attract, engage and retain talent aligned to KPMG’s Collective Strategy- Manage the global listening programme, ensuring smooth execution, cross-team alignment and delivery of key objectives, including the annual anchor engagement survey- Lead senior stakeholder (board and function level) reporting - turning data into insight-led, context-rich recommendations to help close the say–do gap- Partner with firms to increase adoption and impact of Pulse and Lifecycle surveys, enabling stronger local people experiences- Prepare and present strategic insights and themes to global working and governance groups to shape direction and align priorities- Responsibility for KPMG’s Global EVP and Global Employer Brand, ensuring our promised experience resonates across our people with a keen interest in early-career talent- Collaborate across global teams including Talent, IDE and Culture to align listening to shared people and experience goals- Work with vendors and experts to embed best practice and evolve our approach to meet current and future needs- Champion innovation - driving experimentation, exploring the role of AI, and sharing what works across the network- Build engagement and maturity by communicating our capabilities and raising visibility of listening and best practice across the global firm
