Works closely with Program Managers, deputy Program Managers, and supervisors in assigned business units to educate, coach, and partner with them on performance management and employee development goals.*• Serves as an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR policies and practices.*• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to first-line supervisors (e.g, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).*• Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, workplace issues, and harassment or discrimination allegations.*• Monitors compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as company policies.
