ABOUT LORI L. DEEM

LORI L. DEEM is a partner at Hughes, Socol, Piers, Resnick & Dym, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois where she represents executives and employees in employment matters in all forums, including federal or state court, governmental agencies and ADR settings. Ms. Deem primarily represents executives and individual employees in a variety of employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, retaliatory discharge (including whistleblower claims under Sarbanes-Oxley Act/Dodd Frank), as well as drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, separation agreements, and non-compete agreements. She regularly advises and represents executives in all types of job transition, non-competition and employment matters.
