The Centralized Affluent Team is a newly created business within Wells Fargo that we have created to \'virtually\' serve our affluent customers. I have lead efforts to hire and coordinate training for 35+ team members (consultants, bankers and advisors), increase our hours of operation and execute a national rollout. I worked with facilities management to get our entire team into new centralized space. I am also leading our marketing efforts and coordinating our leads for outreach. I work closely with legal, risk and compliance partners on risk management.
